The side rails and strakes on DaFin are rock-solid but only run about halfway along the length of the fin, where they gradually taper off. This forces the fin to flex precisely at this critical point.

The raised V-shaped foot pocket, combined with the rigid blade, works in unison at the point of flex. This creates maximum acceleration of the water flowing over the fin’s surface, resulting in greater thrust per kick with less effort.

For such a powerful fin, it is exceptionally light.

DaFin floats in the ocean.

There is no difference between the right and left foot, so DaFin can be worn on either foot.
