SOLITE 3MM CUSTOM 2.0 LINER, the first thermoformable liners on the market, inspired by ski and snowboard boots; this technology ensures the liner fits the shape of your foot perfectly. You should choose a very snug fit so that they can stretch during the thermoforming process.

Some important information about thermoforming:

1. Thermoforming allows you to widen several dimensions of the liners but does not allow you to make them smaller. If your liners are too big, we suggest you choose one size smaller and use the thermoforming process to stretch them until they fit perfectly.

2. Your boots can be thermoformed several times if you are not satisfied with the result of the process.

Thermoforming procedure:

1. Fill a kettle with water and heat until it comes to the boil.

2. Whilst the water is heating, turn the leg sections of the slippers inside out and place them in the sink.

3. Put on the Solite Heat Booster socks.

4. Pour the boiling water into each boot, up to the top of the seam separating the lower part of the boot from the neoprene upper. 5. Leave the water to stand in the boots for 5 minutes.

6. After 5 minutes, empty the water from the booties and quickly rinse them with cold water to avoid any risk of scalding.

7. Put on each bootie, making sure the straps are properly adjusted. Remain seated for 5 minutes to allow the booties to cool and mould to the shape of your foot.

8. Once the slippers have returned to room temperature, you can take them off. The moulding process is now complete.

9. If you are not satisfied with the fit, you can repeat the thermoforming procedure at any time.

10. Failure to follow this thermoforming procedure may invalidate your warranty. Do not use an oven, microwave or any other heating method other than boiling water.

Putting them on:

1. Turn the leg warmer inside out (Custom, Custom LTD and Custom Pro).

2. Stretch the opening of the leg sleeve with both hands and insert your foot into the liner.

3. At the back of the liner, slide your index finger behind your heel as far as possible.

4. Slide your foot forwards into the liner, using your index finger as a shoehorn. Ensure your big toe is comfortably positioned in its compartment.

5. Use the grip strap at the back of the boot to secure your heel comfortably inside the boot.

6. Unfold the leg cuff. Make sure it fits snugly against your leg when you put your wetsuit on over it.

7. Adjust the Velcro strap at the ankle until you achieve a firm yet comfortable fit (Custom Pro and Custom Reef models).

8. Pull the elastic cord to adjust the foot pocket snugly around your ankle (Custom Reef model).

Taking off the leg warmer:

1. Turn the leg sleeve inside out and loosen the Velcro strap and/or the elastic cord at the ankle.

2. At the back of the boot, slide your index finger behind your heel as far as possible.

3. Push your hand downwards and lift your heel until it comes out of the heel pocket.

4. Once your foot is out of the heel pocket, slide your foot completely out of the boot.

Caring for your slippers:

1. After each session, rinse the inside and outside of the boots with cold water.

2. Hang the shoes upside down so that the water can drain out.

3. Always choose a well-ventilated, shaded spot to dry and store your shoes. Excessive heat (in direct sunlight or in a car on a hot day) can warp the sole. If your slippers have been exposed to excessive heat, you can reshape them (see thermoforming procedure).

4. For Solite heat-booster socks, machine washing (on a cold cycle) and machine drying (at a low temperature) are permitted for dark colours.
