The HyperFreak is constructed from super-lightweight TechnoButter 4, TB3X neoprene and fully taped TB3X seams. O’Neill has added a 0.5 mm-thick layer of material as reinforcement. The minimalist seam design, lightness, build quality and attention to detail make this model another favourite amongst O’Neill riders.

TechnoButter 4 is O’Neill’s new exclusive pre-stretched neoprene featuring ultra-lightweight technology. ENVY foam core. The lightest, most flexible and softest material ever created. It ensures superior flexibility and fit.

O’Neill uses 100% recycled tyres to produce the carbon black in its neoprene, as well as limestone-based neoprene and an eco-friendly, solvent-free laminating adhesive that is entirely water-based.
