Solarez Polyester Microlite White resin is specially formulated to repair large impacts and deep holes in traditional polyester surfboards. This ready-to-use mix combines a premium-quality polyester resin, glass fibre and microbeads to provide a light matt white finish that is extremely easy to sand. Thanks to its UV catalyst, it cures in just three minutes in the sun to ensure a watertight and sturdy repair, allowing you to get back in the water in Anglet in no time.
Solarez Polyester Microlite White is the ideal product for tackling major repairs on your polyester (PU) surfboards. Packed with white microbeads and glass fibres, this ultra-lightweight resin perfectly fills deep dents that have reached the foam core without adding weight to your board. It requires no mixing and cures instantly in three minutes as soon as it is exposed to sunlight. It’s the essential accessory for neatly covering up chips and restoring your board’s original outline before heading back to ride the waves at Anglet. Please note: this product is exclusively for use on polyester constructions and must not be used on polystyrene foam (EPS or epoxy).
