Discover the Lost RNF 96 surfboard

Where fish boards meet modern shortboards

Inspired by an iconic shape from the 1990s, the Lost RNF 96 surfboard was designed by Matt Biolos to offer maximum versatility. This model perfectly combines the paddling speed and lift of a fish in small conditions with the performance demands of a traditional shortboard.

Technical specifications and design of the Lost RNF 96

The Lost RNF 96 Matt Biolos surfboard is based on a design optimised to handle everyday waves:

  • Flat rocker: this maximises immediate speed build-up as well as paddling comfort.
  • Refined outline: whilst staying true to the general shape of the original model, it refines certain details to suit modern surfing perfectly.
  • Narrow tail: this ensures smooth and efficient manoeuvrability.
  • Progressive hull shape: it features a single concave at the nose, transitioning to a double concave beneath the front fins, and finishing with a V-shape at the tail. This combination generates speed effortlessly and makes rail-to-rail transitions easier.

Fin configuration and volume options

The standout feature of this versatile Lost RNF 96 fish is its centre box: it allows you to fit a small stabiliser fin to provide extra grip in a twin-fin set-up.
