The Buzzsaw shares the DNA of the Mr. Buzz, but is designed for those who want to stay within the comfort zone of their usual shortboard – the one they use every day. As the Buzzsaw isn’t intended to be ridden as short as the Mr. Buzz or the Super Buzz, it retains a familiar catch and a high-performance, reliable rocker. Its outline features a nose similar to that of a 2x4 at the front, but with a Buzz-style tail. The tail outline, whilst wider, is narrower and slightly more curved than that of the Mr. Buzz, allowing for a three-fin setup whilst maintaining good manoeuvrability and glide in softer sections. The Buzz’s characteristic concaves and rocker emphasise an aggressive transition from single to double, whilst offering a predictable feel during powerful tail pushes. The tail flip, combined with the extra curvature of the rail rocker, offers greater control and responsiveness when the waves get lively.
