The Futures Twin Fins + 1 Mark Richards set is one of the most iconic set-ups in modern surfing, designed by the four-time world champion and legend of high-performance twin-fin surfing. This set perfectly combines the pure speed, manoeuvrability and freedom of a traditional twin-fin with the stability, drive and reassuring control of a classic thruster. Made entirely from solid fibreglass, it perfectly replicates the progressive and dynamic flex characteristics of a hand-cut fin. It comprises two large, wide-based vertical side fins to generate immediate drive, and a small, removable centre fin (trailer) designed to channel the board’s trajectory through tight turns. Extremely versatile, this rig suits a huge variety of boards (modern fish, hybrids, performance shortboards) in waves ranging from 1 to 6 feet.
