Ha a is a waterwoman and photographer from Makaha, Hawaii. Her playful colour palette reflects the dynamic lifestyle she captures in her photographs.

This design is inspired by the Tiger Cowrie shell. Whilst they were once common in Hawaiian waters, they are becoming increasingly rare, particularly those with a purple colouring. Cowries are believed to bring good luck and protect the human spirit, warding off negative energies and the evil eye, making them highly sought after.
