DRK (I-Bolic 2.0 Technology) The DRK is the winning model from the Stab In The Dark X competition, ridden by Kelly Slater. Designed by shaper Dan Mann, it represents the technical evolution of the FRK towards an even more precise and high-performance design. Model overview: This shape is the result of several years of fine-tuning between Dan Mann and the world champion. Compared to the original version, the DRK shifts the point of maximum width forwards and tapers the rear section. This modification creates a narrower elliptical tail, increasing the board’s responsiveness for a more aggressive ride. Key features Manoeuvrability: Its tapered profile allows for an immediate response to foot pressure and great precision when turning. Paddling comfort: The volume and foil have been rebalanced beneath the chest to make it easier to catch waves.
