The Hypto Krytpo is a clever blend of performance and old-school shape. It’ll suit any surfer, whatever their ability or the conditions. It’s the ultimate all-rounder, and Craig Anderson has certainly got that right!

With an insane amount of volume under the chest, paddling out to the peak or catching a wave has never been easier. It’s a dream come true! This board is, of course, designed to be ridden on the face of the wave, where it breaks. Once you’ve unlocked its full potential, you’ll never want to change boards again. Turns, carving and air manoeuvres have never been easier. The pro riders had better watch out!

At first glance, it looks like an old-school twin with a nice pintail at the back! Its width at the front gives it maximum speed in the waves, whilst its pintail allows it to carve really tight turns!

The Hypto Krypto’s rocker is flat between the nose and the tail, with a slight lift at the nose, allowing you to take off a bit later and hold your line on the steepest sections of the wave. The rocker design enables the surfer to tackle sections they wouldn’t normally have been able to handle before.

Finally, as for the concave of this board, we’ll let you judge for yourselves from the images above. But to sum up, this combination of V-shape and concave helps generate maximum speed and maintain control when switching from one rail to the other!
