An old-school design ideal for nose riding

The Firewire Special T Helium incorporates very specific shaping features that make it an excellent Firewire nose-riding board:

• 50/50 rails: These provide a classic, smooth feel in the water, characteristic of traditional boards.
• Nose scoop: This hollowed-out design beneath the front of the board generates the lift needed to keep the nose rider stable whilst moving forwards.
• Pronounced flip tail: The pronounced lift at the rear helps maintain control and facilitates pivoting during manoeuvres from the tail.
• Reduced nose rocker: The reduced rocker at the front improves glide speed and makes ‘tip riding’ easier.

Each of these versions retains the original technical balance, particularly the 9'0 model with its 71.3 L volume, which is perfect for ensuring a quick take-off and optimum stability on the water.
