LOST RNF 96

Drawing inspiration from this 90s shape, Matt Biolos has created a surfboard that combines the advantages of a fish in small conditions with the performance of a shortboard. The RNF is an all-rounder: at home in everyday waves, it delivers speed and manoeuvrability across a wide range of conditions.

Whilst retaining a fairly flat rocker to maximise speed and paddling efficiency, the outline has kept the general shape of the original model whilst refining a few details to suit modern surfing. The tail remains fairly narrow, ensuring effective manoeuvrability.

The hull features a single concave that transitions to a double concave beneath the front fins, before finishing in a V-shape at the tail. The result is a board that easily builds speed and makes rail-to-rail transitions a breeze.

A distinctive feature of this RNF 96 is the central fin box, which can accommodate a small stabiliser fin to add a little extra grip to the twin-fin setup.
